Who are we?
Daily Delish is a full service meal planning and prep business. It is run by me, Sarah Drayton, a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Multidisciplinary Health Communications Studies. My goal is to make meal planning and prepping easier for all. I have a passion for food and love sharing that passion.
My Approach
My approach to a healthful diet is “all foods fit”. I focus on incorporating healthful ingredients, such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits and lean proteins into traditional recipes. I think it is important to look at a recipe as a roadmap. Once we determine how to make healthful adjustments, the sky is the limit for your recipe creations.

Not just anyone is qualified to give dietary advice. As a registered dietitian, I base my recipe modifications upon science. Not only I am trying to help make meals more healthful, I am also trying to get your meals on the table in less time. My aim is to create a menu that your whole family will enjoy.
