This option is great for the home cook that is suffering from menu fatigue and is looking for healthy alternatives to their regular menu. You simply subscribe to the website, and you will receive a meal plan including breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. If you have special dietary needs or requests, feel free to email me for a customized plan! Customized plans start at $25.
Grocery Shopping for Meal Prep Services
For an additional $25 fee, all required groceries for the week will be purchased by your meal prepper.
In Home Meal Prep Services
This service is an option for those who would like a little additional help in the kitchen. Using the weekly meal plan that I create, I will come to your home to prep each meal in your own kitchen. This service allows meals to come together quickly on busy weeknights. Meal prepping rates start at $100 an hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
Grocery Store Tours
If you are facing a new dietary diagnosis, and do not know where to begin. Our registered dietitian will meet you at the grocery store to explore products that will fit your diet needs. Grocery store tours start at $50 an hour.
Nutrition Consultation
We provide one on one consultation with clients to explore their dietary needs.
Sustainability
By utilizing a meal planning/prepping service, you are likely reducing your food waste. Additionally, Daily Delish will compost all food scraps.
